Refund policy

At State Mystique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging

To request a return, please head to https://account.statemystique.com or email statemystique.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. You will then have 14 days to return the item to us.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as State Mystique cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item
